Pre-Applicants

Dear customer,
Before you get started you will need the following information to complete the application;

  • Request your selections from our "Services" menu via email.
  • Describe your requested services in detail.
  • If necessary, attach a sample images for more clarity of your requested services.
  • Our design team will review your requested services, then and inform you the "result" via email.
  • The "result" mentioned above includes: the design team's agreement to perform your requested services; the feasibility, the cost and the execution time of your requested services.
  • After sending your (customer) agreement email with the "result" that mentioned above, you must pay the cost of the requested services in full then to start process of execution of your requested services.
  • After paying the payment by the customer, the payment will not be back at all;
    even if cancealed by the customer.
  • After that, our design team will notify the completion of the requested service
    and the delivery method will be announced via email to customer.
  • At this step, the customer has a maximum of 72 hours opportunity to inform Nafisa Team of his/her claims and objections by e-mail if he/she sees any inconsistency between the service provided by the Nafisa Team design team and the service requested by the customer.After that 72 hours opportunity, all customer,s claims and objections will not be accepted.
  • Any changes and modifies that do not match with the above mentioned requested services emails of the customer sent before, will only be done by paying the additional and new fee by the Nafisa team.

  • The services provided by Nafisa Team have free technical support for one month and after that any type of support is done only for the payment of additional and new fee.
  • All legal responsibilities of using the services requested by the customer are solely to the customer.
  • The e-mails that both parties of the service contract, i.e. Nafisa Team, as the executor of the contrac and the customer who is requesting the contract for the services available from the "Services" menu, sending to each other regarding the above-mentioned items until the termination of the said contract are legal documents and are officially valid.
